I have played countless of rounds of 21. I started sneaking into the casinos when I was 16. I have played online 21, I have counted cards, and worked with a team for a short while. With all that said I have still spent an abundance of money at chemin de fer. The gambling halls have made it very hard to defeat the casino.

I still enjoy the game and bet on a regular basis. Over the years I have enjoyed a variation of chemin de fer called "The Take it Leave it Method". You certainly won’t get flush with this tactic or beat the casino, still you will have an abundance of fun. This tactic is founded on the idea that vingt-et-un appears to be a match of streaks. When you’re on fire your hot, and when you’re not you’re NOT!

I wager with basic strategy vingt-et-un. When I do not win I wager the lowest amount allowed on the next hand. If I don’t win again I bet the table minimum on the next hand again etc. Once I win I take the winnings paid to me and I wager the original bet again. If I win this hand I then keep in play the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I succeed again I take the winnings paid to me, and if I succeed the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original bet. I continue wagering this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I do not win I return the bet back down to the original amount.

I am very strict and do not "chicken out". It gets extremely fun at times. If you win a few hands in sequence your wagers go up very quick. Before you know it you are gambling $100-200/ hand. I have had fantastic runs a couple of times now. I departed a $5 table at the Palms a number of years ago with $750 after 60 mins using this method! And a couple of days ago in Sin City I left a table with $1200!

Wager eighty dollar
Leave $80 paid to you for a total wager of $160

Bet one hundred and sixty dollar
Take 160 dollar paid to you, leave the original 1 hundred and 60 dollar wager

If you left at this moment you would be up $315 !!

It’s herculean to go on a run this long, but it occasionally happen. And when it does you can’t alter and drop your bet or the end result will not be the same.
